All civilisations are able to build National Assembly (which should be unique to Kuwait)

On my computer I can't hear the peace and the war theme of all of your civs that you are using in the Yom Kippur War Scenario (except USA, USSR, Syria, Egypt and Israel). I checked the XML files of one of the civs (Kuwait) and compared them to the ones of a civ that has the music working (Egypt) and I think it's because in the Kuwait XML files there isn't a CIVNAME_Music.xml but Egypt has one. I'm not sure. :steamsad:
