lore reason: as the Axis gain an upper hand in technology introducing wonder weapons, overpowered machines & eventually space-age equipment, Axis leaders found it unnecessary to continue providing camouflage to combat units. instead Axis leaders now make their troops look more intimidating, uniformed & regimented by sticking to solid color uniforms and issuing face coverings.

creative liberty reason: i have introduced a lot of camouflage for Allied units for the fact that they need the concealment and cover to evade overpowered Axis equipment. also it will now make it easier for players to identify Axis units from Allied units - Axis should have solid color uniforms while Allied units will have a lot of camouflage
