i can only take out brain and not the other organs
i've cut open every part of the body with a scalpel and used the designated tools but the only organ i can get out of the body is the brain please help

For me i just whack the human where i made the incision with the right tool.

push it hardly inside the body then jump out a window then its DONE!!! WORKED FOR ME!
