The shrinkwrapping mesh is limited to 10x10, due to technical constraints. I currently don't have plans to increase it, sorry. It's not that it's impossible; it's just scaling up past that would probably cause more headache than it's worth, especially with regards to multiplayer... perhaps a server-side convar that could be changed for servers/singleplayer clients, but again, probably more headache than it's worth if I'm remembering correctly how it works.
Discord shouldn't be used as a link source in my opinion, because they intentionally prevent you from using image URL's as persistent links. They did this for good reason (it was partially, if I recall correctly, to prevent malware distribution using their platform); but the side effect is that we can't really use those links outside of Discord longer than a day or so.
I'm open to other URL providers and have been wanting to implement support for them for a while; but I would like to find/make a better whitelisting system I can easily integrate. Imgur provides free, anonymous uploads; hence the reason I chose it. Whitelisting is pretty important with regards to client security so I don't want to get that wrong.
