The pinky bones are in the wrong place, the hair doesn't really look good transparent, and rig_biped doesn't work with it. Other than that it's a nice model.

I think I fixed that pinky stuff. Hair thing I don't know whats wrong. Its not transparent for me.

I was able to see the other parts of the hair when I put on mat_phong 0, though as a silhouette it wasn't transparent at all
