List for Secrets and Easter Eggs
I'll start:

1. The Holiest Might

When you reach the part with the little death house, go inside the big white house across from it with the secret room. There is a key in a hidden compartment at the bottom of the table. This key is for the Small death house. Go inside and kill the Hell Guards. In the last room, you will find the key for the secret room in the white house. You will gain access to a bonus area. Destroy all the targets and the house will unlock. Inside you will find the Holiest Might weapon.

In the maze there will be a weird grid thing built in to the wall with neon colors, and if you walk into it, a pathway will spawn on the ground before quickly despawning. you have to follow it into a wall to get a secret secondary weapon

There is a weapon called the Wild Sickle in the spawn menu under horrorween so that might be an secrete Item

You actually find it during the cart sequence. Go to the hole where the cart crashes and look at the wall to the left. There is a ledge. If you follow it, it leads you around the hole and into a hidden corner. That's where you find the sickle.

Anyone was able to find whatever the SMG equivalent was? Found the ammo, but never came across the weapon.
