I've subscribed to this mod on Steam. I also looked a bit and found that the mod "works" i.e. I found the bikini change when women are in the nude, but how do I get it to work for clothing as well?

All you hav to do is put it so it is loaded first. If you want a nude mod there is one on his page follow same instructions
