it would be cool for both versions if he releases the zombie and non zombie change version.
Sabre-aN's Headcrab Zombie Mod DOES work with the animation fix. I have personally tested this and it works like a charm. To make it work, you need to load the addon AFTER the animation fix, otherwise the default zombie model from the fix will end up being used instead. If you are still a bit confused about this, check out the guide in the description and go to the section regarding Garry's Mod's load order.
What is important to keep note is which version of Half Life 2 the model replacements used as a base. For instance, if Sabre-aN's replacements used the base HL2 models, then they WILL NOT have dynamic interactions. Fortunately, it seems that Sabre-aN used the updated episodic models, so this is not the case.
As for adding more animations from other mods (like the one by Limakenori as highlighted above), I have no plans on doing so. The purpose of this fix is to have the HL2 experience functional in Garry's Mod. I cannot add additional features from other mods, because while it may be good for some folks, others may not be of agreement. Therefore, it is best to provide the default HL2 experience to satisfy as many people as possible.
Also gonna pin this so people can see :)
Thanks i have got responses from other mod creator/publishers and it means a lot to me just one thing that alyx in episode 1 doesnt climb up the structure to start sniping.
