Shield Buildable Locations
Part 1 - Base shield part
Location 1 - In double tap area, beside truck
Location 2 - In courtyard with staircase leading to roof, behind box spawn

Part 2 - Cthulhu head part
Location 1 - Resting on box in main Cthulhu statue courtyard near Thomson wallbuy
Location 2 - In ice cave opposite speed cola machine

Part 3 - Cthulhu Wings Part
Location 1 - In Stamina up room opposite stamina up machine (beside MP40 wallbuy)
Location 2 - At bottom of staircase that connects to power room resting on boxes

There's a glitch where the Head piece dont spawn at all

Yeah for some reason the wings dont spawn for me

That’s a bit weird only had once, All 2 shield locations for each part def don’t spawn ????
