the paved road building doesn't replace the regular road building, you cant upgrade your roads into paved roads unless you have a extra building slot.

The mission "Bent knees; Bowed heads" has the following requirements:
"One of the following must be true:
Have at least 3 nahuatl_tributary_title_plural
Have grown by at least 3 states"

I can't complete the "Beyond Mesoamerica" mission despite having all of the provinces needed, and even after cheating that mission and Completing the "Remnants of the Mayans" mission I couldn't build any frontiers in south america.

For some reason my aztec ideas got changed to mesoamerican, is this a bug or it's supposed to happen?

I completed a good chunk of the mission tree and did not see any of them say that they are gonna change the idea set

The mission that changes the Aztecs ideas is By blades and arrows, just had that happen myself
