This mod adds iron and copper, causing there to be duplicates of both resources when used with Medieval Overhaul.
In the interim I suggest Resource Dictionary.
I'd love to see it supported here.

And as above comment, Primite series would be fantastic
The Medieval Overhaul Leather patches mod seems to be completely abandoned at this point, but it used to work with Dinosauria. Now that B!P has taken its role, it needs a few tweaks. I managed to kill a couple t rexes and missed out on that sweet sweet heavy dinohide because they don't get caught by the autopatcher :(
