I'll look into it. It sounds like an incompatibility between HAR and PC. Try Character Editor and see if it works, otherwise send me an error log and I can troubleshoot it from my end.

I was worried this would happen. Unfortunately, I didn't really have much of a choice.
There was a lot of critical bugs that were sitting in the code that had to be fixed, like the Prepare Carefully incompatibility. Patching this stuff probably had the unintended side effect of messing with the playerfaction data of existing saves.
Thankfully, I know something that might fix this.
The Character Editor mod keeps a copy of all allied pawns that ever existed in memory. You might be able to recover them that way.
If that doesn't work, I'm very sorry if you were attached to any of them, but you might just have to spawn new ones.
