That's weird. You tried redownloading the model? I've been having issues with the workshop not fully downloading stuff especially when the replace prompt comes up but waiting about half a minute before clicking yes or no on the prompt usually helps.

Re-downloaded the model & nope, It still shows up as an "ERROR" and sometimes crashes SFM, I like tried multiple times and the same results, It somehow even downloads the model quick which isn't normal on my opinion

try using the ik constraint script instead. just search that on the workshop and you should find it.
