access violation error with epic game
a friend tried this with the epic launcher and it didn't work. upon launching a game vs AI he had an access violation.

(yes, he only used the 2 first faction.)

we could play vanilla together online without issue (me steam obvioulsr, and him epic) so i doubt this is a different version issue...

i hosted a game but he couldn't join. both workshop and moddb files also doesn't have the exact same wieght.
i think the moddb files have an issue.

The ModDB version isn't updated as frequently as the Steam version; you send him a copy of your TFS .big file for him to use in the EGS version and it should work in multiplayer.

i did that. same error.
i even renamed the folders to be the exact same as the workshop version, same error.
and when hosting, it said we didn't had the same game version.

(tho we can still play vanilla together.)

i don't know? we are both using whatever last version the games are by default.
