wdym what, he has every right to DMCA if he wishes to about his own game models, sounds and animations, he DMCA'd him because he though he was selling stuff from his game to people, hell if he wanted to he could take down darsu's whole EFT workshop if he simply wanted to but he decided to let it be even though he doesn't have to, if you think you are entitled to call the actual owner of the assets and even animations an idiot, you're simply wrong, and should honestly apologise as you have no right to insult him simply for defending his own assets. I won't call you names as its simply childish but yeah, just be grateful he's fine with Darsu taking his assets and letting the Gmod community have fun with them aswell.

nintendo (nofriendo more like it hahaha! plus sega does the same for sonic related stuff on roblox games since their own by nintendo so their just as bad as their parent company),
bohemia interactive (aka the arma devs that are against porting their assets to other games like garrys mod, their the reason why we cant have arma 2 and 3 vehicles for simfphys combat vehicles in garry's mod plus the toxic AF modding community for arma 3 as well their just as bad too),
disney (infamously well known for against pirating their stuff),
taketwo (known infamous through the GTA V online community for modders its why people just go to five M instead of GTA V online now a days),
ETC. (stuff i wont list off the top of my head but theres a few examples i can list that are more commonly known)

About GTAV, remember when TakeTwo actually tried to go against modders ? The community went absolute NUCLEAR with them and they ended up backing off, that's something that should happen more often

apparently with battlestate games with EFT, people like darsu wont get that sorta luxury now will he or any other person? its honestly a dam* shame it had to result to this sorta bullsh1t claim which he never was doing any of the sort the dmca note claimed he was doing at all it only pisses him and others off who like his porting work to arc9 base and the EFT stuff that people enjoy.
