Huh, obviously you must have a problem with the materials and models, I don't really know what could cause this to happen, completely uninstall the addon and check that you don't have another 035 addon installed too

Sometimes, and unfortunately, when I use the mask (the video starts playing) when I get killed during it, the video will loop until I quit the game/out of the map—wondering if there will be any failsafes/precautions later on.

Um, I can't reproduce it on my side.
And I've never had this kind of feedback in a year, so I'm rather uncertain as to what could cause it.
Because I've managed to clean up all the visual effects, including this one, when a player dies.

So I suspect a conflict with another addon.
I can try to check a bit more if you give me more info like :
- The mode you were playing
- If it was solo/multi
- Game version (Base/Chromium/other?)
- how often this bug appears

(from what I've seen) everyone under humans + resistence (I haven't tested dog and the Vortigaunt)

Ok so, I've tested all the NPCs in the section you pointed out, and I've never managed to get the error you've encountering.

Do you have any associated Lua errors when this happens?

Have you tested deactivating all your addons except mine to verify that the error doesn't come from a conflict with another?

Tell me if you find something.
