Sound cache files are generated on runtime with the 'snd_restart' command, you don't make them yourself.

i followed most of the steps and figured out the snd, but it's still not working, sorry for bothering

yes, tho it didn't show as a txt file, only a txt document, does it matter which type of file? i even made sure it was downloaded and made the folders and named one scripts

What do you mean by txt document?

Like it mostly appears only as a txt document, when i try to make a txt file it only appears as a txt document, tho I'm not sure if it affects it

Go here and right click the page and save it as 'sentences.txt' without the ' '.

After getting that create a new folder in the addons folder, its name doesnt matter, and create another folder named 'scripts' without the ' '.

And I still dont know what you mean about txt document, a txt file is a txt document unless you mean it is saving as a .doc/.docx/.rtf .

If this doesnt work then idk what to do

I think you need to check properties of the text file and check if it's written like "sentences.txt.txt".
Cause it looked like that and when I removed .txt from name, the fear voices actually worked
