saitama but if goku decides to not play around and go all out at the start out he might have a slight chance to win. And i know that goku likes to play around alot and that won't happen but it's just a if outcome of the fight just saying.

Saitama tends to the same thing. He progressively gets stronger as the fight continues just as the same as goku does. Thats why people argue over who can win. I think we can't say Goku wins or Saitama wins bc we are still waiting for more info on who is stronger.

I mean goku may have ultra instinct but saitama has an ability where he can hit the punch with out throwing it. kind of a effect then cause. So I dont really think you can dodge that even if you tried really really hard. Plus Goku would barely be able to hurt saitama so I would try to go with saitama.

You do know that doesn't mean ♥♥♥♥ right? We still haven't even seen the full power of saitama either so it doesn't even matter. Plus even if he did punch saitama that hard its still not hurting him.

Saitama basically is a fourth wall breaking character, the only times we've ever seen Goku become even close to being fourth wall breaker is when he enters certain forms that aren't even in the DBZ anime movies, Saitama on the other hand, one shots everything in his path, Sure you guys will say that Boros survived a couple of hits, but that was until Saitama used his SERIOUS Punch, then you guys might say that GOD OPM would solo Saitama, but his feats aren't even into account just yet, the only feat we've seen, is its Godlike Appearance and its ability to grant A Fraction of GOD OPM's power, which not even Cosmic Garou, (which is Garou but with a fraction of GOD OPM's power) couldn't even make Saitama Flinch, so before you say anything, Just take into account of what I said.
