are you arguing with a staff of steam becuse i just copyed what they said, and getting the texture means stealing you can reword it but ether way its stealing, taking what doesnt belong to you is stealing

Dude, shut up. You clearly have no clue about this. With the textures, models and whatever is included, you cannot start the game, and the creators of CS:S (Valve, the creators of steam) have not protested and will not because of their kindness. The people who moderate steam (not who make it) may have an issue because of the controvery of doing it.

no matter what you say its illegal, even if the maker of the game doesnt say anything, it will only be legal if the makers of the game say its ok to use them, so show me proof of the makers of the game saying its ok, or shut up becuse the law is the law.
