Bcuz Ur Probably Putting the Invisible Collision Wire thing in it, Just Pin the Lower Neck

THEY BECOME NO COLLISION WHEN I CONNECT THE PIN TO THEM AND IF ITS LOWER NECK THEN U CAN ONLY MOVE HEAD.

AND THE MOD THATS CAN MAKE WIRES INVISIBLE MOD DOES NOT DISABLE THE COLLISION ONCE CONNECTING.
