I think it has to do with the movement inertia system in the mod not reacting well with how Simple Lean works. Simple Lean just moves the character left and right, not the spine.

You're right this mod causes a lot of issues with a lot of mods like BSMOD Simple Lean ETC

the issue could be tacmove having a custom camera for first-person, simple leaning also alters the camera and i don't think they work together unless you disable tacmove's view setting, mods that alter the camera are incompatible with each other (obv)

they would be if everyone making mods altering the camera knew how the system worked
