I can't defeat Isengard.(bug?)
Playing as Khand and Isengard is at crushed status. Im able to siege on my own in general but not isengard. I have heard tell of some quest but nothing is happening, not even the AI will siege it.

If you're a good-aligned faction Ents will (mostly) do it for you. I don't know if Khand is able to ally with the Entmoot though.

Nah its mordor vs isengard part of the game so its mordor, khand and cosairs vs isengard and the mines\gundabad.

Sorry for the late response. Code-wise, I can't see any reason why Isengard shouldn't be siegable, but I don't have time to test this at the moment.
If the AI does not siege Isengard even if there's no other place left, I would suggest you use the "defeat a faction" cheat from the MV cheat menu.

Does gundabad and moria need to be defeated first? Cause they are still around fighting with the other factions, but if not that ill use the cheat.

No, there is no such condition. But if they have advance camps in the region, this might be the reason why the AI prefers to attack them.
