What's your player character's level?

i think 30, i broke my save files, i removed tld and reinstalled from https://tldmod.github.io/ it with the newest nightly patch and when i tried to load my saves it said "load error : number of party_templates in file 261 , exceeds 260"

As said in the other thread, you probably installed an old nightly patch instead of the latest one. Check the version number in your launcher or main menu.

Also, please send me your savegame. If your character level really is 30, you should be able to access Fanuil's equipment.

i am 34 now, i can change fanuils equipment, is there a lvl cap to change glorfindel equipment (he is lvl 55)?

yes i patched it with the newest patch and i access the save again
