Playing as Constantine, Eagle cohorts are unable to assume formations like shield wall or mobile testudo, only stationary testudo.

Melee units with projectile weapons like legionary cohorts are unable to throw their spears when in range and set to free fire if they're stationary. They only seem capable of throwing the spears when charging.
