Suggestion for spawn chances
Hi there. So for the spawn chances of the upgrades, why not use sandbox options?
As a fellow modder, I could easily provide a how-to?
Why add sandbox option-based chances?
Quite simply because rare chances aren't everyone's cup of tea. Ya'know?

i could add sandbox options for them, i'm more focused on getting good default values first though. from there i'll probably add spawn chance modifiers for each upgrade type.

update is out. i didnt want to flood sandbox options but you can change the spawn rates for all 4 upgrade types from 0x to 100x
