You mean when you kill them something invisible stays and showing blood splatters when shooting? If so, that should be fixed now.

Check gibs hard crash on shooting certain zombie type head (not sure which one)

closes the game completely every time i go near the barrier next to quick revive and now randomly cant get past round 2 without it crashing

This should hopefully be fixed now!

Tried Pack a Punching the Desert Eagle, it doesn't let you take it back out the machine. The prompt comes up to take the upgraded gun out but doesn't work.

Hmm not sure what i can do about that, i have tested coop fine here.
