Using Monstro's Lung with Pop! makes the eyes fall to the floor, despite their description saying " The eyeballs are not limited by range, and will instead dissipate when they stop moving or when hitting an enemy or obstacle. "

Monstro's Lung + Tech X: Similarly to Brimstone, fires a Tech X ring for each tear that lands

Eye of the Occult: An Eye of the Occult mark appears while you're charging, which you can move like usual. Releasing the fire button causes the mark to stay where it is, as the barrage of tears slowly move towards it. Multiple targets can be onscreen at once.

remove/reduce the demultipliers on ipecac/inner eye/mutant spider. For ipecac lower the barrage count and damage in exchange

Monstro's Lung + Monstro's Lung

The tears now deal between .66x and 2.00x of Isaac's damage, and the tear size multiplier is now 1.0x to 2.0x.

i think a c section and trisagion would be cool. i love them both and the only times i ever seem to get them are on the same run but idk what it could be, just leaving this thought here

Tiny Planet - Tears are fired in a compact cluster that travels forward and bursts into tears on impact (think of it like of that one Mother attack in her 2nd phase)
Sad Bombs - Bombs now create a single volley aimed at the nearest enemy instead of a ring of tears.
Varicose Veins - similar to Sad Bombs
Tammy's Head - ditto

How about Mom's knife? Shoots a barrage of knifes at the enemy!

Epic Fetus: Sends out 6 markers with an increasing spread the further out you aim.

Trisagion: Fires a shotgun spread of Tri-lasers.

Ludivico: Creates a ring of 14 small tears, tear movement is slower then normal.

Hemoptysis: Perform a large sneeze similar to T!Azazel's birthright sneeze upon releasing the charge.

Ludivico Technique: The controllable tear fires a volley of tears dealing half your damage at a random enemy every so often, cooldown scales with your tears stat

Holy shot: creates a second charge that increments the percentage of holy tears

Lead Pencil: Every 5th barrage has 10 more tears.
Vasculitis: Dead enemies fire barrages at nearby enemies.
Montezuma's Revenge: The beam is replaced with a barrage of tears that leaves brown creep on the ground.
Epiphora: Charging the barrage over maximum adds more tears to the barrage and makes the tears fire out faster.

Monstro's lung neptunus should simply be a really slow charging neptunus that shoots normal monstros lung shots
