Spoilers Ahead! I had to brute force three puzzles.
I played through this with a friend, and we got all the puzzles except for:
Code 13 0256
Code 36 7697
Code 39 4061

For codes 13 and 39, we have absolutely ZERO clue what the solution was.

We got the river premise in 36 pretty fast, but were only able to guess the Nile and use the first digit hint to brute-force the other two digits.

For 13: First you need to found synonyms for every phrase (first thing, second hand, third eye, fourth thursdey). And then you need to take one letter from every of the second word. And first words says which letter you need to take. And then you use "wanderlust".

I have zero memory of the logic behind it, but here are the digits:

2: 4
3: 1
4: 6

For code 21 you have to look up the flags and then do the orange floor on them.

For code 36 as far as I can tell the rivers are Seine, Styx, Nile, Severn

For code 39 it's mastermind

I looked up the flags (seemingly pride flags) but the orange floor concept (which to my knowledge is the amount of letters the word has) isn't working.
