About USS Langley, I didn't add it because it was converted into a seaplane tender really soon into the game time. But since it was October 1936 when it got into the dockyard, so yes, it's fair enough to add it.

The new hull is unnecessary, instead will just allow auxiliary ships to be converted to escort carrier.

okay IDK if this doesn't get added, but please add Helicopters(like the Actual Helicopter-Carrier Designations for the ships)the IJN technically had Helicopters(well it didn't look like one. but still technically a Heli)

There is helipad, put it on cruiser or auxiliary ship hull to make one.
