Try creating a prison and seeing if the visuals and stuff appear, if not try and see if there is any overlapping mods

nope I have no other mods enabled and I have restarted the game multiple times. When I start a new prison none of the new visuals are there, its just a vanilla prison.

I've found a fix to this, if playing with mods - Put this mod to the top of the list, make sure to hit apply, if visuals arent appearing be sure the mods on and applied, if it is and still isnt working then i'm still working for a fix on that, well to think of one.

I've tried all that it still doesn't work.
