Same with me. I have 4 beds in my hospital room, however the UI says I have 1. If I switch them all to 'Prisoner Only' then it shows -3 beds. No patients are arriving, either.

Edit: I think I fixed it. It has to do with a mod setting that reserves how many colonists are reserved a hospital bed before you can accept more patients. The default is 50%, I lowered it and everything is good. I'm assuming that since you reached a stage where you're rebuilding parts of your colony you've gathered enough pawns to out-number the amount of beds you need.

TL,DR; The mod reserves 50% of your colonists hospital beds by default. Either lower the mod setting or build more hospital beds.

indeed, that setting might be very confusing and maybe I need to drop it entirely together with the other global setting which makes no sense and have a single map based setting "Number of reserved hospital beds for colonists". Downside is that you might need to re-check that setting if your colony grows.
