Removed because too buggy, like example back in the day the brain just spawned outside when you save a contraption. And thats where the gore removed

I think the reason it go removed was either the game was gory enough, too glitchy, or maybe the lore to their anatomy was off.

the best gore update was v1.3

i would love to have it as a setting. sucks that it had to be removed.
it would look brutal with the stringy tissue

i liked to see the rib cage cage, now its just seeing part of the body explode without anything else added to it.
