YOUR RECORDED VOICELINE AND INPORTED INTO THE MOD SO YOU CAN HEAR YOUR OWN VOICE BEING HEARD BY NPC!
YOU CAN MAKE THAT WHEN YOU RECORD YOUR VOICE IN GARRY'S MOD IN THIS MOD YOU CAN RECORD IT AND PUT YOUR RECORDING INTO A TYPE OF VOICELINE AND YOU CAN ADD MULTIPLE VOICELINES TO BE PLAYED RANDOMLY OR FROM 1 TO 10 IN ONE TYPE OF VOICELINE AND IT ALSO WOULD WORK ON OTHERTYPES, IF YOU CAN DO THAT!

basically to simplify this: i believe what hes saying is that you can record a voiceline and simply import it into the game for it to be used by the npcs.
