Now for the suggestion, I have no idea how difficult would it be (if possible at all) but it would be quite useful to attach a bike on the top of a car travel with it instead of making two trips or looking for another bike

You can right click or open the radial menu near a bicycle to disassemble it. You can then place it in any container like a vehicle trunk and reassemble it elsewhere by dropping the bicycle frame on the ground.

What about a road bike that is really fast on the road slow off road and can't pull the trailer?

I don't know how feasible it would be but it would be neat to see a craftable exercise bike- which leads me into my proper suggestion, it would be really cool if that was feasible to make a Bike powered generator thats puts out a small amount of electricity- at most enough to power a lightbulb but mainly for situations where you need to charge a battery but have no power sources (which is common place on the server I play on) it doubles as a safe way of grinding fitness while staying safe but I get if you think this might be too *power*full of an addition

There are only a handful of specific spawning locations. If we want to do it any other way it's very annoying and not worth the time.

There are already bike locks you can find or craft.

I'm pretty sure you can place a backpack on a bike rack.

Why not use SandboxVars instead of Mod Options for exhaustion/fitness xp?

I think Fitness Workout Overhaul (2940354599) does something similar. Maybe a multiplier instead of a base value too.

Anyways, when it comes to support for MP and it's something that should be constant and not changeable by each client, i think it should be SandboxVars instead of Mod Options.

I really like the mod and am also glad to see that its back. I've owned various ♥♥♥♥♥♥ bikes myself and while I owned the one I had before now I got a saddle bag it sits over the rear cargo rack and gets strapped to the frame. I've been able to carry groceries, bike locks, and it had two water bottle holders. I was kind of disappointed to see that you could only carry 5 pounds on the cargo rack but its understandable. I have no clue how hard this would be to add but thanks for the mod.

Bicycles already have a bell you can ring by pressing the horn button.

No idea how realistic or difficult this would be but an electric option, whether an in-game retrofit or a new e-Bike vehicle, would be badass
