The bone rise attack is really slow for whatever reason, blasters have a chance to just not shoot

I compared the original and this version, the bone rise attack is just 50% slower for whatever reason

Well I never touched that part of the code so I don't know how that is happening, are you sure you are using the normal one and not the bad time version?

Yes i'm sure i'm using the normal one, it doesn't seem to happen with the host of the server however
