Yes, in the vanilla game you can just click on the traits in the character window and it will expand to show you all of their traits.

Now, if you are asking if there's something in the mod itself that allows you to, for example, see all of a person's traits, then right-click on the ones you want to remove. No, there isn't. Could potentially add something like that.

Maybe you have a mod that is altering the character window file? Try just vanilla and see if it works.
