Try disabling that mod first and see if the issue replicates if you could for me.

It seems like equipping a jacket causes the protogen visor to have a weird invisible seam on it. Removing the jacket will fix the issue with the visor.

Is this a vanilla Jacket that you are trying to equip? If so, please supply photos and names of the clothing. Please make sure you do not have any mods on that modify the original clothing as well.

Its not hard to unequip everything and just re-equip one by one. Again, it is more than likely a mod conflict with mod clothes and or shoes that you may have running. I do not support fixing issues caused by mods because everyones modlist is different and I'd be dead by the time I'm done working on them.

the same thing happened but i tripped while vaulting with the anthro welder mask and it fell off. i tried everything up to re-enabling the mods and only the protogen was effected

update: same thing but the tactical paws made it glitch out

Anthro welder mask and tactical paws are a mod. I do not have support for mod items.
