very strange indeed that it only happens to power and not water, i'd have to guess it's a mod incompatibility. possibly with the blackouts mod, could be something else. i'll try to get around to testing the 2 mods together at some point to see if i can find out what's happening, but if you figure anything out (any error logs or anything would be great), let me know :)

I have a similar issue however it was when the dedicated server restarted it forgot and now the power is out

hmm strange, did anything else unusual happen when the server restarted? did you repair it and restart the server again to see if it happened again?

finally, are you using the sandbox settings sync fix mod? last i heard restore utilities was having some problems with it

Hi, i'm not no. i logged in as admin and the set the utlitiies to stay on for 30 days, shut the server down and started it up again and they were off again. Tried it several times it always turns off when restarting the server.

are you running any other mods that would change sandbox settings mid-game, do you think?

I am using the built-in admin menu, right click and set to 30 days. No other mods that i'm aware of that effect sandbox settings.

very odd indeed, do you have a mod list or collection or something i could take a look at? really don't know what'd be causing this other than a mod conflict

Is there anything in there you can see that might conflict, I've looked through several times and i cannot see anything in there that is obviously conflicting.

okay messed around with it for an hour or so and i can't say i was running into the same issue.

i had all of the mods in that collection loaded, made a new save with the power and water shut off to start with, then i turned the power on in admin mode, left the game and restarted the server and when i loaded back in the power was still on

really not sure what's happening on your end, i'm afraid

So I spent the last couple of hours migrating my saves to a new server I set up. configured it all and then set the power to come back on for 30 days restarted the server and they are still active. so looks like it is fine. No idea what the issue was but it's working now
