Been trying to figure that out myself. Might try to find another mod that shows the entire crafting tree for an item if one exists.

If you can't craft it, then it should drop from something.

From doing some digging, it doesn't look like it can be crafted.

Might be a dev item for now? Could look into what drops it but at this point it's starting to look like its unobtainable at this time.
