the us department of agriculture? i dont think that applies.
but generally theres quite a few damaged areas, seemingly no emergency exits, portions that cannot be accessed through safe methods (having to risk going through fans, an energy beam, ventilation, ect], broken railings, weird flesh (though intended for repair; as stated, it "lost control", can be dangerous, seems to be causing blockages, ect], a complete lack of maintenance (as shown in the entire. blackout area], ect

Think I heard something about the meat when listening to dispatch, it's apparently tests to recreate humans.
