it cannot be reconnected sadly, map must be restarted, however if you want to not go through the whole process of fixing it again, just type |"ent_fire fixcounter add 3" or something along that line

you need green canister in gas room and refill the tractor

yeah but finding the room with the fuel was a challenge

As the above replies said, find the green gas can in the room with hazardous gas (early in map, in the green tunnels) and carry it down to the dark tunnel with the barricade.
