I believe it has to do with a NextUseTime timestamp, so you'd still be able to use it, you'd just have to wait until the same amount of time had passed as when you saved LOL.
I'm guessing that isn't really an option though, so I'm just gonna add a fix for it soon.
Don't give up on your save, it should work again after I fix it.
