Also, the problem with SR structures, especially with VitricDessert as its huge, is that they offer no content later in the game. So in the hardmode they just take space.

If you don't want to add the config, you could just reduce the frequency of Dodge and Combat shrines generation. They appear too often, considering the only drop a couple of items.
