It's happening to me too and I have none of those mods. I also have the swirling effects permanently playing even after he leaves.

Yp, that's the thing for me too. Im fine with endless night, but effects are really annoying.

Also having this problem. Reloading the game seems to stop the effect, but I'm not sure if progression is still possible if it returns to the same dialog after a while...

I've got this problem as well. Restarting the game works but it gets obnoxious.

Now reloading the game no longer works to make him go away. Yikes.

I did just find a bypass by using hero's mod to force it to become noon but DO NOT use the enchanted sundial or it will permanently be in fast forward. If you have, generate and join a new world which causes the crow to appear on that world during the day. That will fix it. However, he still will appear every single night unfortunately.

ive had something like this happen before by messing around in a new world and getting the dash before he ever showed up, and yeah it did that and stayed after rejoining

I had the same issue, beating Auroracle seems to have fixed it for me.
Edit:
Beating Auroracle seemed to fix it for awhile, but grinding Auroracle for drops seemed to have made the bug come back. So that's fun.
