First one to have that problem, try to restart steam.

Must be a packed-in file. Try removing all packed-in files and reuploading.

EDIT: It still tries to download even when I uninstall it. It's nowhere to be found in my game or Steam data, so why is it doing this?

EDIT2: Removing all my addons seems to have fixed the issue.

at the end of the map, theres a room that serves no purpose, is it supposed to do something? is it still a work in progress or is it just there, also none of the weapons can be picked up
