The faction seems underpowered, and this is particularly problematic on early game, where you fight norsca and Chaos mostly. Norscan tier 1 and 2 units completely overpower Albion low tier units. It lacks solid melee units to hold lines (they get butchered too easilly, and that means they egt their passive proc of -5 leadership to near Albion units....which tbf, makes no sense. their leadership is already low). Their ranged units are super average. MD and MA are low on msot units. Almost no AP damage to coutner chaos warriors. Mediocre lords and LL. Imo, needs quite the buff in SFO. Remember this isn't vanilla were aggresive roosters can cheese morale. SFo has more hp and leadershp.
also the chosen of ishernos should be brought down to 40 entities per battalion to bring them in line with WOC chosen.
Slings should have higher range than bows, because that's how slings work.
In my submod they have a specific purpose which is that they have solid base damage and terrible AP, they're specifically to help deal with enemy low armor units.
Or perhaps give them a contact effect like SFO bleed.
I can testify that the slinger range is really high but seeing people get decked by a group of homeless men with rocks is far too satisfying.
And i might be late but albion warbands are basically just drunks so their low melee stats make sense.
It's their 23% phys dmg reduction (including the ward save) from their warpaint passive that makes them good in melee.
This can be seen as their late game infantry are really high quality but lack the warpaint
