Sorbet being sugar and fruit/veg frozen and processed to be smooth instead of chunks of ice, and i think Sherbet has citric acid added to create a 'fizzy' style to it?
frozen yoghurt is also a thing, tho im not sure if 'frozen yoghurt shops' were big in the usa in the 1990's.
i guess you could make the smoothies via putting the mixture into the fridge part, rather than the freezer part?
i dont know how the mod works, but thats what i would think you would do. mix (crushed)ice with fruit/juice/veg then fridge it till its cold?
and have milk/cream/evaporated milk versions too.
and of course, use vanilla ice cream with vanilla milk to make milkshakes! (when i say vanilla i mean base game un modded, rather than vanilla flavoured)
