I took a look at the file, but couldn't find out what's wrong. Why don't you make the changes in vanilla names and descriptions optional? You can do so with XML Extensions.

Edit: I found what was the problem: some of the patches are for stats added by Royalty, which I guess should be listed as a dependency?

Also: loading the game with the mod https://psteamcommunity.yuanyoumao.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2877266511 throws the error:
BotchJob_RockSmash (mod Possessed Weapons) sound is missing resolved grains and will not work properly.
