Quest Book Crashes
Hi,

I found the adventurer and when I open my quest book its fine, but if I click on an actual quest it crashes my game. Is this a known issue? Or just me? I'm fine not using the quest book because Spirit Mod isn't the main mod I'm using, I'm also using Calamity and others, but I think it would be fun if I can fix it.

I went through it some more and its not the quest book itself I think. I can accept and check other quests, but specifically the first adventure quest crashes

What error(s) do you get? Could you post your crash log?

if it makes a difference, I am running Linux but terraria and I'm assuming tmodloader as well I think are native to Linux so I don't think that's important

Post the whole crash log when possible. There may be several unrelated or benign errors alongside useful ones. https://hst.sh/ can host logs for a short time without having to host or upload anything.

wait hold on im actually not smart thats from like two years ago

thats mb i saw 28 and was like 'oh thats today'

I can't find anything from today tho. I looked in the crash logs for terraria and tmodloader and found nothing from today. the last thing was from like a year ago.

Are you checking ~/.local/share/Steam/steamapps/common/tModLoader? There should be a Logs folder therein.

Is there an error popup or does it just crash to desktop?

I get an error saying something like 'steam app isn't responding' and then I can either wait or force quit. If I wait nothing changes.

honestly it isn't that big of a deal I'm fine not having it I just was wondering if it had happened to other people too.
