I have found 2 Crafting recipes for this item
2 Old leather & 5 Rotten Chunks
2 Old Leather & 5 Tissue Sample

The problem is that it flavors corruption over the crimson.
Most likely an oversight, not sure if this should be Rotten chunks & Vertebra
or Tissue Samples & Shadow Scales.
